In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Life & Thyme, the team dreamed of an immersive night market from the future, straight out of the movies and video games. This event took us to 2050 as we looked towards the future of food in Los Angeles with bites from chefs Casey Felton (@banh_oui), Alex Kohsuke Suzuki (@kodo.la), Justin Min (@hanchic.la), and Christina Ko (@ganchic).
